By commissioning me you understand and agree to the following:

The art you are commissioning is for PERSONAL USE ONLY.
The artwork you receive from me may not be used in anything to turn up a profit. No T-Shirt designs, logos, prints, games, books, merchandise, etc.

I reserve all rights to my artwork. 
You CAN NOT claim the artwork as your own nor can you trace or edit it and treat is as your own creation. If you choose to showcase your commission online or in public you MUST credit me directly each time. 

Commissions are not always accepted. 
I choose the commissions I accept based on what I feel confident in drawing. I reserve the right to decline a commission w/o explanation.

I may display your commissions on social media and/or my portfolio.

UNLESS you've requested otherwise. By displaying commissions, I'm able to give more examples of my work to others who might be interested.

Order Processing

To place an order, you must fill out a form (which can be found by clicking the START button on the commission page).
If the form is closed, it means commissions are currently closed. As of now, I don't have a set schedule for when they'll close or reopen.

The average wait time for simple commissions is roughly 1 - 2 weeks. However, wait times can take anywhere from 1 - 2 months
I try to the best of my ability to finish all my commissions as soon as possible without sacrificing the quality, so I ask that you be patient throughout this process. Orders involving 2 or more characters or characters with highly detailed designs or extensive specifications will take longer than normal to complete.

Your order may be placed in a queue.
I work on a first come first serve basis, meaning that if someone else commissioned me before you, their picture/s will take top priority. You're free to ask what spot in the queue you're in, but I will not push you up the list.

Payment Guidelines & Refund Policy

All payments MUST be made in full via Paypal. 
I use Paypal invoices. After confirming your order, I'll send you one.

All payments are appreciated ASAP but you have 24 hours to pay your invoice  before I will cancel your order. 
If you fail to pay your invoice without an explanation, I will not re-accept your order nor will I attempt to do business with you again in the future. 

All orders are NON-REFUNDABLE unless I cannot complete the order within a 3 month timeframe.
I do not allow chargebacks. If worse comes to worst and I cannot complete your commission with a 3 month timeframe, you will be refunded in full. If I decide in the middle of your commissions that I no longer want to work on it, you will be refunded in full. No refunds will be given outside of these two exceptions. Depending on my life situation, the refund may occur in full or I may have to set up a short repayment plan with you.
